Modular Buildings

This range of modular buildings have prefabricated walls and floors allowing for fast and easy installation.

The framework consists of robust corner-posts made from 40x40 mm kiln dried timber making these buildings very stable. Fixed onto this framework are 19 mm tongue-grooved boards fixed with stainless nails.

You can choose between either an apex or pent style roof and on modular buildings with a minimum width of 180 cm you can have either single or double doors with real glass and a high quality German designed cylinder-lock and door handle-set

You can customize your modular building with different door models which are available with adjustable hinges.

The roof is covered with strong high quality felt shingles.

You can have your modular buildings factory painted either in a single-color or two colored, all outsides, doors, windows; purlin heads any canopy areas as well as fascia boards.

Possible options to your modular buildings.

A wide selection of different door variations, veranda can be on the left or on the right, a canopy can be added and you can have your modular buildings finished in a color of your choice.

Also the door and window designs can be chosen separately.

Individual and with system!

Appoint the size and form of your modular buildings yourself. Decide yourself, if you want your door on the right or left-hand side, or add an additional window. Also you can choose between an apex roof or a pent-roof.

Delivery:

Delivery is FREE into zone 1 (see map below) however there will be additional charges as shown for other areas.

Deliveries are unloaded by forklifts, that are carried on the back of the lorries, which is far more versatile than the usual Hyab type used by many other firms, as the packages can be transported into yards etc. where lorries cannot get.

If you feel you may have a delivery problem please contact our offices before ordering.

Please note:

Deliveries of this make of log cabin are made on an articulated lorry with an average length of 40 ft.

Delivery is either into your front drive, grassed frontage or in the kerbside whichever is possible.

If this is to be kerbside or on the grassed area outside the delivery address, the customer will be held responsible to provide cones or flashing lights while the pallets remain on the highway or grassed area.

If you foresee any access restrictions for this type of vehicle or delivery you MUST let the office or sales person know, BEFORE placing your order as there may be additional costs involved if other modes of transport need to be arranged.

Although the road may be wide enough to take large lorries, very often when deliveries take place there are vehicles parked down these roads restricting the road width, please take this into consideration.
